Steal Inspiration


I "stole" this from one of my friend's blog, and I think it's true.  New ideas in philosophy only come about when a philosopher disagrees with another's philosophy.  I don't think we ever have truly original ideas.  All we do is take already existent ones and build upon them, only to have them expanded upon (and occasionally improved upon) by someone else.
